How long does a repair take?

Most standard repairs (cracks, strap replacement, zipper fixes) are completed in 1–3 days. Complex repairs like full bat refurbishment or helmet grill replacement take 3–7 days. We'll always tell you the estimated time upfront.
What areas in Mumbai do you cover?

We pick up from and deliver to all areas of Mumbai including Santacruz, Bandra, Andheri, Juhu, Borivali, Thane, Navi Mumbai and more. Coverage across Greater Mumbai.
Do I pay before or after the repair?

We inspect your equipment for free and provide a quote first. You only pay after the repair is complete and you've approved the work (via photos/call). Payment is made before dispatch.

Can I drop my equipment off in person?

Absolutely! You can walk into our studio at Prime Plaza, 002 & 102, SV Road, Santacruz West, Mumbai. We're open Monday–Saturday, 9 AM – 7 PM.
