Absolutely. We arrange courier pickup from anywhere in Mumbai. Schedule a pickup while booking and our partner courier will collect from your address, usually within 24 hours.

Standard repairs (cracks, strap replacements, zips) take 1–3 days. Complex repairs like full refurbishments take 5–10 days. We'll always give you an accurate timeline upfront.

Bat repair starts from ₹236 (incl. GST) for minor cracks. A full bat refurbishment costs ₹1,180 – ₹2,950. See our full pricing on the Services page. All prices are estimates; we confirm the exact price after inspection.

We inspect your equipment first and give you a quote. You only pay after the repair is complete and you've approved the work (via photos or call). Payment is made before dispatch via UPI, card or net banking.

Yes, we issue a proper GST invoice for all repairs — emailed and sent via WhatsApp on completion. Our invoices are issued by Cricket Kit Repair Clinic Private Limited (GSTIN: 27AAHCC1234A1Z5). All prices include 18% GST (CGST 9% + SGST 9%). SAC Code: 998729.

We repair all major cricket equipment brands including MRF, SG, Kookaburra, SS Ton, Gray-Nicolls, Gunn & Moore, New Balance, GM, BDM and all other brands. Any brand, any model.

We use premium materials — genuine Sarawak cane handles, professional-grade grips, quality foam padding, original-spec stitching threads and materials that meet or exceed the original specifications.

All repairs carry a 30-day workmanship warranty. If the same issue recurs within 30 days of repair, we fix it at no extra cost. This covers workmanship defects, not new damage from play.

We can repair helmets for cosmetic and minor structural issues. However, if a helmet has taken a direct hard ball impact, we strongly recommend replacing it for safety, as the internal foam may be compromised even if it looks fine.

After payment, we dispatch your repaired equipment via a trusted courier service. Most Mumbai deliveries arrive within 1–2 working days. Pan-India deliveries take 3–7 days.

Yes, all equipment we handle is covered during transit. In the rare event of damage or loss during courier, we will replace or compensate the value of the equipment.

Academy plans are monthly subscriptions for cricket academies. Instead of paying per repair, you pay a fixed monthly fee that covers unlimited minor repairs for your students. Plans start at ₹2,499/month.

We schedule regular pickup slots from your academy — typically weekly or bi-weekly depending on your plan. You collect all equipment needing repair and we pick it all up in one trip.
